Resend — transactional email delivery (welcome emails). See Resend's Privacy Policy.
Anthropic — AI Tutor and Mock Simulator in Module 12. Queries you submit to the AI tutor are processed by Anthropic's API. See Anthropic's Privacy Policy.

6. Cookies & Local Storage

Our platform uses browser local storage (not traditional cookies) to:

Keep you logged in between sessions
Save your course progress
Remember your plan type

This data is stored only on your device and is not transmitted to our servers except when verifying your login. You can clear this data at any time by clearing your browser storage or logging out.

We do not use tracking cookies, advertising cookies or analytics cookies at this time.

7. Your Rights

Under UK GDPR you have the right to:

Access — request a copy of the personal data we hold about you
Rectification — ask us to correct inaccurate data
Erasure — ask us to delete your personal data
Restriction — ask us to limit how we use your data
Portability — request your data in a portable format

We take reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your personal data including encrypted connections (HTTPS), secure token-based authentication, and restricted access to data. No method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure but we take our obligations seriously.

We retain your personal data for as long as your account is active and for a reasonable period afterwards in case of disputes or legal obligations. When data is no longer needed we delete it securely.
