Get Chartered AI provides an online learning platform designed to assist candidates preparing for the RICS Assessment of Professional Competence (APC). Our platform includes:
We are an independent learning resource. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or officially connected to RICS (Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors). Our content is designed to support your preparation but does not guarantee any particular outcome in your APC assessment.
You must be at least 18 years old to purchase access to our platform. By purchasing, you confirm you are 18 or over and that the information you provide during registration is accurate and complete.
Monthly Subscription (£39.90/month): Provides access to course modules on a rolling monthly basis. One new module is unlocked each month from your activation date. Your subscription renews automatically each month until cancelled.
Annual Access (£383.04 one-off payment): Provides immediate access to all 12 modules for 12 months from your activation date.
All prices are inclusive of VAT where applicable. Payments are processed securely by Stripe. We do not store your card details.
No refund policy — digital product with immediate access. All purchases on Get Chartered AI — including the Monthly subscription, the Full Year Access and the APC Sprint — are for digital content and services that are made available immediately upon payment. As access is granted instantly and content is available from the moment of purchase, all sales are final and no refunds will be issued.
This policy applies regardless of whether the content has been accessed. By completing a purchase you acknowledge that you have been informed of this policy and that the right to cancel under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 does not apply because digital content delivery begins immediately with your agreement.
Monthly subscribers may cancel at any time by emailing info@getcharteredai.com. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. No partial refunds are issued for unused days within a billing period. The monthly subscription automatically cancels after all 12 modules have been delivered — no action is required from you.
APC Sprint is a one-off payment for 42 days access. No refunds are issued once access has been granted. If you do not pass your APC assessment, your Sprint payment of £197 will be credited in full against the Full Year Access programme — you pay only the difference. Contact us at info@getcharteredai.com after your results to arrange this.
We reserve the right to issue goodwill credits or adjustments at our sole discretion in exceptional circumstances. Any such decision is final.
Your account is personal to you and may not be shared with or transferred to any other person. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. If you believe your account has been compromised, contact us immediately.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that we reasonably believe are being shared, misused, or used in breach of these terms.
All content on the Get Chartered AI platform — including text, course materials, quizzes, module content, AI tools and design — is owned by or licensed to Get Chartered AI. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, sell, or create derivative works from any of our content without our prior written permission.
Your licence to access our content is personal, non-transferable and revocable. It continues only for as long as your subscription or access period is active.
Our AI Tutor and Mock Interview Simulator (Module 12) are powered by third-party AI technology. Responses generated by the AI are for educational and practice purposes only. They do not constitute professional advice and should not be relied upon as such.
AI-generated content may occasionally be inaccurate, incomplete or not reflect the most current RICS guidance. You should always verify information against official RICS publications and guidance.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Get Chartered AI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential losses arising from your use of the platform, including but not limited to: failure to pass your APC; reliance on platform content; loss of data; or any interruption in service.
Our total liability to you in connection with the platform shall not exceed the amount you have paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
We aim to keep the platform available at all times but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may carry out maintenance, updates or improvements which may temporarily affect availability. We will endeavour to minimise disruption where possible.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes by email. Continued use of the platform after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
