Get Chartered AI provides an online learning platform designed to assist candidates preparing for the RICS Assessment of Professional Competence (APC). Our platform includes:
We are an independent learning resource. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or officially connected to RICS (Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors). Our content is designed to support your preparation but does not guarantee any particular outcome in your APC assessment.
You must be at least 18 years old to purchase access to our platform. By purchasing, you confirm you are 18 or over and that the information you provide during registration is accurate and complete.
Monthly Subscription (£49/month): Provides access to course modules on a rolling monthly basis. One new module is unlocked each month from your activation date. Your subscription renews automatically each month until cancelled.
Annual Access (£497 one-off payment): Provides immediate access to all 12 modules for 18 months from your activation date.
All prices are inclusive of VAT where applicable. Payments are processed securely by Stripe. We do not store your card details.
Get Chartered AI programmes are supplied as digital content and digital services. Before completing your purchase, you will be asked to expressly consent to the supply of this digital content beginning immediately, and to acknowledge that, once supply begins, you will lose your statutory 14-day right to cancel. Where you provide this consent, access will begin immediately after payment and the right to cancel simply because you have changed your mind will no longer apply.
This does not affect your statutory rights where digital content or services are faulty, materially not as described, not fit for purpose, or have not been supplied with reasonable care and skill.
Monthly subscribers may cancel at any time by emailing info@getcharteredai.com. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. No partial refunds are issued for unused days within a billing period. The monthly subscription automatically cancels after all 12 modules have been delivered — no action is required from you.
One-off programmes — the APC Full 12 Module Programme (Annual), the APC Final Sprint, the APC Referred — Confidence Reset, the APC Year Two Professional Readiness Review, and the Case Study Review add-on — provide access for the period stated on the relevant product page at the time of purchase.
Your statutory rights, including the cancellation right described in clause 5.1, remain unaffected.
We reserve the right to issue goodwill credits or adjustments at our sole discretion in exceptional circumstances. Any such decision is final.
Your account is personal to you and may not be shared with or transferred to any other person. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. If you believe your account has been compromised, contact us immediately.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that we reasonably believe are being shared, misused, or used in breach of these terms.
All content on the Get Chartered AI platform — including text, course materials, quizzes, module content, AI tools and design — is owned by or licensed to Get Chartered AI. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, sell, or create derivative works from any of our content without our prior written permission.
Your licence to access our content is personal, non-transferable and revocable. It continues only for as long as your subscription or access period is active.
Our Michael and Mock Interview Simulator (Module 12) are powered by third-party AI technology. Responses generated by the AI are for educational and practice purposes only. They do not constitute professional advice and should not be relied upon as such.
AI-generated content may occasionally be inaccurate, incomplete or not reflect the most current RICS guidance. You should always verify information against official RICS publications and guidance.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Get Chartered AI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential losses arising from your use of the platform, including but not limited to: failure to pass your APC; reliance on platform content; loss of data; or any interruption in service.
Our total liability to you in connection with the platform shall not exceed the amount you paid us for the specific product or service giving rise to the claim, provided that no claim may be brought more than 12 months after the date of your original purchase of that product or service.
We aim to keep the platform available at all times but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may carry out maintenance, updates or improvements which may temporarily affect availability. We will endeavour to minimise disruption where possible.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes by email. Continued use of the platform after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
