Welcome to ‘Get Chartered AI’

Confidence-first learning for the Mandatory Competencies required for the APC.

Congratulations — for fully taking control of your APC process now. You already know: it’s easier to build your APC portfolio, summary, and case study once you understand the competencies properly. That’s where your confidence sits. And that’s exactly what this platform is built for.

Designed by chartered professionals — powered by smart tech. Get Chartered AI wasn't created by tech developers — it was built by chartered surveyors who understand exactly what you're going through. Our curriculum is aligned with RICS requirements and designed to complement your workplace learning. We've been where you are, and we've created the resource we wish we'd had.

12 Confidence-first modules — built around the Mandatory Competencies

What level of experience is this for?
Get Chartered AI is designed for candidates who are actively working towards their APC submission — whether you’re at the start of your structured training or closer to final assessment.
Does this replace technical pathway study?
No — this is specifically focused on the 10 Mandatory Competencies, not your technical/core pathway competencies. It’s designed to sit alongside your existing technical training or on-the-job learning.
How does AI fit into this?
We use applied AI to help you brainstorm, structure, and refine your thinking — not to “do the work for you”. You stay firmly in control, and you’ll see exactly how to use AI in a way that is ethical, transparent, and aligned with RICS expectations.
Can I get support on my specific pathway or submission?
Yes. As the platform grows we’ll be adding options for 1:1 and small-group support, including review sessions focused on your own experience, summary, and case study.
